IN ROOM AUCTION

An experienced auctioneer bidding on your behalf can greatly increase your chances of securing your next home at auction.
This service includes a full property report on your chosen property and a 1 hour strategy meeting prior to auction.
We will also organise all of the required paperwork and registrations.
ONLINE AUCTION
$550(inc gst)
If you require us to come into your office or hold the online auction anywhere other than at their own online auction space, please contact us to discuss the increased price.
AUCTION TRAINING
1 ON 1: $275 per hour
Minimum 2 hour booking
Ideal for beginners in the industry looking at making auction their main sales method, or experienced agents looking to bring auctions into their business.
GROUP: $385 per hour
Minimum 3 hour booking
Group training for your office staff.
AUCTION STRATEGY MEETING
45 minutes
Via Zoom $110
At auctioneer/agent office $220
At sellers property $275
LISTING PRESENTATION
60 minutes $0
Assistance in selling the auction process during the listing presentation.
